Roger Self, 62, has been accused of crashing his car into a restaurant, killing two people this Sunday. The incident occurred at the Surf and Turf Lodge on North 14th Street in Bessemer City, North Carolina, located in Gaston County, which is 30 miles outside of Charlotte. Self’s daughter Katelyn Self, 26, a corporal with the Gaston County Sheriff’s Department, was killed as a result of the crash, according to police. There were four injuries and two deaths in total.

According to a source from NBC Charlotte, a witness saw a man walk into the Surf and Turf Lodge with his family and after sitting them down, the man intentionally drove his car into the restaurant.

The injured were transported to the hospital via helicopter.

A motive for the attack has yet to be revealed. Although, authorities believe this incident to be domestically-related.

What Happened?

The suspect, Roger Self, is said to have sat his family down at the Surf and Turf Lodge before leaving the establishment and allegedly driving his car into the front door of the restaurant at around 12:04 P.M. The vehicle used in the attack is reportedly a white Jeep SUV. The attack may be on purpose, according to early reports in the Gazette.

Authorities say that the suspect, Self, was driving his vehicle at a high speed when he crashed through the restaurant into the section where his family was sitting.

“I heard a loud boom,” said Caleb Martin, the restaurant’s busser, in an interview with WCNC. “I turned the corner and saw the back of a white car in the doorway. I didn’t know what to do.”

According to Martin, the suspect was a regular customer at the Surf and Turf Lodge. He also told WCNC that the event on Sunday has affected him both mentally and emotionally.

“It’s definitely changed me mentally and emotionally,” said Martin. “I definitely want to help people more in any way I can.”

Katelyn “Kate” Self has been identified as one of the victims in Sunday’s crash at the Surf and Turf Lodge. Kate was an off-duty officer with the Gaston County Sheriff’s Department at the time of the attack. Another family member was also reportedly killed in the crash. However, that person’s name has yet to be released to the media.

The Gaston County Sherriff’s Department released a statement regarding the death of one of their officers, Katelyn Self:

“Today we lost one of our own, Deputy Katelyn Self, in a tragic incident that occurred while she was not on duty. Katelyn has served the Sheriff’s Office for four years and was a corporal in the jail. Our hearts are broken and we ask for your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time, not only for Katelyn’s family and friends, but also her brothers and sisters in uniform.”

Alex Burns is the boyfriend of the now-deceased Katelyn Self. Burns is also an officer with the Gaston County Sherriff’s Department, and was injured as a result of Sunday’s attack at the Surf and Turf Lodge.

The alleged attacker also had a son who worked with the Gaston County Sheriff’s Office. According to LinkedIn, Josh Self, Roger Self’s son is employed as an officer with the Gaston County Sheriff’s Department.

Old backstories are catching up to our hosts. While a Samurai themed sector now holds Maeve, Hector, Sizemore, Philip, and a handful of other Delos workers to their section of the park, something about this seems extremely familiar for Maeve. It turns out the story Sizemore wrote for this sector is pretty much identical to Maeve’s life in Sweetwater… but with more violence.

Once freed from their bonds, the parallel versions of themselves come to an amicable resolution. For once, it seems Sizemore’s lazy writing paid off and it’s helping both worlds get along for an impending fight due to the new independent streaks of hosts running rampant throughout the park. Ninja’s are coming!

To Grow, We All Need To Suffer

Bernard watches as the Delos executives pull whatever cognitive data they can retrieve from the heaps of dead hosts brought back to the lab. It seems the backups have all been destroyed and parts of all hosts’ memories have been erased. I’m not pointing fingers… but my money’s on Bernard.

Dolorous and Teddy arrive in Sweetwater. Their plan is to fix the train that carried in the guests and use it to get them and Dolorous’s father out of the park and face their makers. The train’s repairs will be ready by dawn and they have the location of Abernathy. Too bad they aren’t the only ones looking for him. Delos is still hot on his trail since he holds the beacon to locating all the hosts, so it looks like this is going to be a close race.

Dolorous and Teddy make some sweet sweet love down in Sweetwater and she realizes that despite the narratives, the feelings she has for him are real. However, she tells him in this new world she doesn’t believe he’s capable of surviving it. “Where we’re about to go is no place for a good man like you,” she tells him, right before he gets wiped from the system completely.

I Think I’m Finding A New Voice

As a horde of ninja’s attack on the Shogun World, Maeve uses her enhanced programming to have the assassins turn their weapons on themselves. Just when the coast seemed clear, the real army of Shogun rides in. As an all-out samurai war begins, it ends as quickly as it began thanks to Maeve’s upgraded code.

The new group of samurai’s and Maeve’s crew make their way to a safe lake location, they see all the Delos calvary that had been sent are strung up on trees and left for dead. There is no one coming for them, this is one puzzle they need to figure out together if they want to survive.

They stumble across the enemy Shogun camp where they aren’t exactly well received by the big boss… mainly because the old warrior is leaking cortical fluid from his ear like a faucet. The Shogun’s have pretty much all gone insane and even Maeve realizes they’re in some real danger if she can’t reach their programming.

The Shogun World Maeve counterpart, Akane manages to get close enough to the Shogun when he requests the presence of she and her daughter to dance for him. Since he’s gone insane, he kills her daughter, and while Akane dances, she decapitates the Shogun and Maeve is then free to transmit reprogramming to his entire army to kill each other without speaking a word.

Silence is deadly.

This episode was beautifully done, showing the contrast and similarities between worlds within the park. With the first season only focusing on the Wild West, it’s brilliant to see how expansive this park truly is. The scope of it is massive and this season I don’t doubt we’ll have many more narratives to uncover.

They Don’t Give Up Easy

The Vultures are still circling the diamond while Madison and Strand share a drink discussing the state of affairs the community is in. Meanwhile, Naomi/Laura takes a vehicle (her signature move) telling Madison she knows of a place they could be able to get supplies. That place would be the abandoned FEMA shelter she told John Dorie she stayed at for a time last week.

Despite the apparent risk of danger, Madison and Strand decide to accompany Naomi while Alicia stays back and watches the Vultures. The trio take shelter in a motor lodge and Naomi tells Madison and Strand she really had no intention of going on a run, she was just trying to leave. Strand takes the car keys but per usual, Naomi is gone when they wake up.

I Need To Know How She Died

John’s off the chain after finding out Naomi/Laura was killed. He and Morgan come across a lone vulture and he shoots the guys finger off and nearly kills him for answers. Morgan talks him down and they take the map off the guy and send him running scared.

John says to Morgan, “I just need to know she didn’t suffer, that’s all.” Knowing that people with Althea were there at the stadium when it fell gives him some comfort and hopefully answers when they meet up again with the convoy.

It Had To Be Me In There

Naomi makes her way inside the FEMA camp while Madison and Strand are en route trying to get to her there before anything goes sideways. As it turns out she had quite the stash of supplies back there that could be invaluable to the community. However, she sees a painting on the wall, presumably one her daughter made while they stayed there, and loses her cool. The walkers know she’s there.

Before she can get dragged to her death, enter Madison and Strand to the rescue. She tells them her truck loaded up with supplies is just outside and to leave her, but that’s not their way. The three barely escape but escape nonetheless.

Naomi confesses to them she had to go back because this is where she lost her daughter, Rose. Even as a nurse, Rose came down with pneumonia and it took Naomi three days to find the medicine, but by the time she returned… her daughter had turned. The dead didn’t come inside, Naomi’s daughter turned them all.

Back at the diamond, Alicia, Luciana, and Nick (still alive at this point) tell the Vultures they better make room because they just got fresh supplies so they shouldn’t get too comfortable waiting for them to die. The leader says to Madison, “You should still get ready, because the really bad stuff, you never see coming.” He certainly is right about that.

In a surprising turn of events, Morgan and John make back to Althea, Alicia, Strand, and Luciana. Morgan tells Alicia that this will only make it worse… and just like that, an army of Vulture trucks has them cornered. Who steps out of the truck? LAURA! John runs to her and Alicia, realizing he’s of importance to this woman who was once her friend, guns him down.

I think I have a feeling Naomi/Laura is the reason we haven’t seen Madison yet in the present day scenes. *gulp*

A Texas State Trooper has been accused of allegedly sexually assaulting a woman named Sherita Dixon Cole before her arrest after a traffic stop. The Texas Department of Public Safety has said that dash cam video does not support the accusation.

According to unconfirmed allegations from Shaun King on Twitter, Cole was pulled over by a Texas State Trooper around 1:30 a.m. on Sunday, May 20 in Waxahachie, Texas, for a suspected DUI. She was allegedly stopped along US Highway 287 South and Interstate-35E near a car dealership.

King’s tweet states that Cole told her family that the State Trooper offered to let her go home if he could have sex with her and that she was sexually assaulted when she said no.

However, the Texas Department of Public Safety released an official statement about the accusations on Facebook, saying that the dash cam footage from the incident does not support these allegations:

“DPS responds to allegations by DWI suspect in Ellis County. Upon learning of the allegations today, the department immediately took action to review the dash cam video. The video shows absolutely no evidence to support the serious accusations against the Trooper during the DWI arrest of the suspect. DPS will present the video to the Ellis County DA’s Office to determine if any further action is needed.”

The Texas Department of Public Safety said in their statement that they plan to release the full dash cam video to the public unless the District Attorney’s office objects.

Normani Kordei burst onto the scene as a contestant on The X-Factor singing competition. It was on that show that Normani was grouped with Camila Cabello, Lauren Jauregui, Ally Brooke, and Dinah Jane to form the powerhouse all-girl group “Fifth Harmony.” The group went on to have plenty of success and chart-topping hits after their stint on reality television, but they recently announced a temporary hiatus while the women pursue their solo ventures.

Normani’s first success as a solo artist came in a big way when she had a breakout moment at the 2018 Billboard Music Award performing “Love Lies” with Khalid. The performance brought down the house and officially let the world know that the 21-year-old has arrived.

The lockdown at Lewiston High School is just the latest in a string of lockdowns, bomb threats, and shootings that have plagued the United States. Over the course of the past few years, shootings such as these have been a scourge upon the country and people have struggled with coming up with a solution. Lockdowns have become all too common as a means of protection when students and faculty are in danger and today is no different.

This incident follows similar incidents at Dodd Middle School in Connecticut, Windham Public Schools also in Connecticut, Pacoima Middle School in Los Angeles, Millennium Middle School in Florida, and US Grant High School in Oklahoma, which are just some of the places where events such as this have occurred.

Georgina Rodriguez is Cristiano Ronaldo’s girlfriend. She gave birth to her and Ronaldo’s first child, Alana Martina, in November of 2017. Ronaldo has three children other children with different women: Cristiano Jr and twins Eva Maria and Mateo. Ronaldo had the twins in in June 2017 after a surrogate mother gave birth in America.

While Georgina has been quoted as saying she doesn’t want any more children, Ronaldo may have something to say about that, as he claims he wants seven children to match the seven Ballons d’Or he plans to win.

“I want seven children and as many Ballons d’Or. As long as I play, I’ll have the ambition to win all I can.”

Georgina Rodriguez grew up in Jaca, a city which is located in northeastern Spain and is part of the province of Huesca, near the Pyrenees. The 22-year-old was first spotted on a string of dates with Real Madrid star Ronaldo towards the end of 2016.

Georgina studied dance before changing careers to modeling after studying English in London. Georgina gave birth to baby daughter Alana Martina on November 12, 2017, with Ronaldo posting a picture on Instagram, writing: “Alana Martina is just born! Both Geo and Alana are doing great! We are all very happy!’ “

Georgina Rodriguez currently has over four million followers on Instagram, making her the most followed Spanish woman on social media. Ronaldo, the Real Madrid legend, is one of the most accomplished soccer players of all-time, winning 5 Ballon d’Or’s, three Champions League titles, and one European Championship with Portugal.

There are a few artists that come along every so often that do so much for music that they simply transcend their genre. Michael Jackson, Prince, David Bowie. These are all names that everyone recognizes, and remembers. Another name that we can add to that list is Christopher Wallace, aka the Notorious B.I.G aka Biggie Smalls.

Biggie was one of the pioneers of East Coast Rap music, and while he was certainly far from the first artist to represent for New York City, he is perhaps the most legendary. Long after his tragic death in 1997, we still listen to his music, hear his rhymes, and celebrate his life and impact.

Today, May 21st, is Biggie’s birthday and he would have been 46 years old. In order to help honor his birthday, we’ve gathered some of his best, must-listen-to songs in order to get you in a celebratory mood. Let’s be honest, we all should really be listening to his entire catalog, but we can start with these ten and work from there.

“Juicy”

The song he is perhaps best known for, “Juicy”, is the rags-to-riches tale brought to hip-hop. Hip-hop is defined by the come up, people picking themselves up from the ground, dusting themselves off, and making their way in the world. “Juicy” is Biggie’s story and it simply needs to be heard.

“Party & Bullsh*t”

Every playlist needs party songs and Biggie was someone who loved a good fiesta. “Party & Bullsh*t” is his anthem for doing whatever the hell you want and making sure that you have a good time doing it.

“Big Poppa”

Many rappers talk about how many girls they get with, how much money they have etc. and Biggie was no different. In what has become one of his most well-known songs, “Big Poppa” is a quintessential Biggie Classic.

“Warning”

Biggie’s life wasn’t always sunshine and daisies. In fact, much of his life was tragic and very difficult. Another song that needs little to no introduction, “Mo Money Mo Problems” a collaboration between Biggie and fellow Bad Boy Records artists Puff Daddy and Mase, this song talks about exactly what the title implies; the richer you get, the more problematic your life becomes.

Biggie’s life as a drug dealer is well-documented throughout his discography. “Ten Crack Commandments” is probably the most in-depth he goes into what it takes to be a drug dealer. It is certainly not a life that anyone envies, but it is one that Biggie was unfortunately forced to experience.

“Going Back To Cali”

Make no mistake about it, Biggie is New York City through and through. He is a foundation of New York hip-hop in the place where hip-hop was born. However, “Going Back To Cali” earns a spot on this list simply due to its upbeat tempo and its ode to California, at a time when the East Coast/West Coast hip-hop war was at its height and of which Biggie was one of the unfortunate casualties.

“Gimme The Loot”

Another tale of the streets, “Gimme The Loot” is Biggie’s anthem to, what else, but robbing. Street violence and drug dealing, unfortunately, go hand-in-hand, and Biggie tells the story of what it’s like to take part in criminal activities like this.

I know what you must be thinking. “Wow, you’re really gonna include a remixed song on this list? There are so many other Biggie songs that deserve recognition here.” Yes, you’re probably right. However, I included it here for one simple reason: it’s a bridge. Many people born after Biggie’s death don’t listen to him or simply aren’t aware of the impact he had. Early Life

The second eldest of six children, Alec Baldwin was born on April 3, 1958 in Amityville, New York. As a teen, he played football and high school and worked as a busboy at the famous disco nightclub Studio 54. He attended George Washington University where he displayed an interest in political science, but then transferred to NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts, though he didn’t graduate until much later in 1994. However, he made a name for himself during his time there as a performer and even attended the esteemed Actors Studio where he studied the art of the Method .

1980-1990

Baldwin got his big break in 1980 on the medical soap drama The Doctors which ran from 1963 to 1982. His career catapulted almost immediately as he scored recurring roles on a number of TV shows, including a starring role on Knots Landing. He got his first movie role in 1987 with Forever, Lulu, a film which is remembered today solely for being his first film performance. This led Baldwin to minor roles in Beetlejuice and Working Girl before he certified his potential as a leading man in The Hunt for Red October.

In 1990, Baldwin signed on to a part in The Marrying Man. It turned out to be a fitting title as Baldwin ended up marrying his co-star Kim Basinger only a few years later. He ended the decade on a high note with his first venture as a host of Saturday Night Live. Over the coming decades, Baldwin would become a mainstay of the series and, as of 2018, holds the show’s hosting record with 17 episodes.

1991-2000

Despite confirming his high-profile status as a Hollywood hot-commodity, Baldwin chose not to rest on his laurels in the 1990s and accepted a slew of roles throughout the decade, including arguably his greatest work, the part of Blake in Glengarry Glen Ross. He also began branching out to other aspects of the entertainment industry. He wrote an episode of Law & Order and got a Tony nod for his role in a Broadway revival of A Streetcar Named Desire in 1992.

Baldwin and Basinger divorced in 2002 which sparked a legal war between the two for custody of their child. He was very frank with the media about how stressful it was for him and his anxiety exploded in 2007 when a recording was sold to TMZ of Baldwin berating his teen daughter. Though he issued a public apology and even joked about it at his own expense later, this incident has shadowed his legacy ever since. Ironically, while his personal life was in shambles, Baldwin was in the most productive and successful phase of his career. In 2006,  he teamed with SNL alum Tina Fey to create the award-winning 30 Rock. The wild success of the show, which ran from 2006 to 2013, helped get Baldwin back on his feet and gave his public image some much-needed rehabilitation.

Since the show’s end, Baldwin has stuck mostly to comedies and minor TV appearances, culminating in his award-winning impression of President Trump that breathed new life into SNl in 2016 and has continued well into 2018. However, Baldwin may have overextended himself and has largely withdrawn from public life, both for the sake of his career and his sanity. Apart from his increasingly infrequent SNL appearances, his biggest public outlet is his Instagram account where he’s more than happy to share pictures of his happy family.

Jenna Johnson was a troupe member on Dancing With The Stars for two seasons before becoming a professional dancer on season 23 of the hit dance competition. In 2018, she returned for her second dancer as a pro in season 26 — which is a special all-athlete edition of the show — where she was paired with Olympic figure skater Adam Rippon. The duo made earned a spot in the season finale.

Before she ever made it on Dancing With The Stars, the 24-year-old was a contestant on season 10 of So You Think You Can Dance. Johnson was eliminated after reaching the Top 8.

On May 20th we will all be invited back into the amazing and hectic lives of The Bella Twins. Without even seeing an episode we all know we are in for some intense moments. We will get our first look how the lives of Daniel Bryan and Brie Bella have changed since welcoming Birdie into their lives. We get to see the ladies prep for their WWE returns. But maybe the hardest thing to watch will be what happened between John Cena and Nikki Bella. Over the years we have seen them grow and support each other and we were all shocked to find out they are going their separate ways. There’s a lot to expect in Season Three but let’s take a look back at the must-see moments from Seasons One and Two!

Cena House Rules

John Cena has come a long way since bursting on the WWE scene with “ruthless aggression” and then becoming The Doctor of Thuganomics. Thanks to Total Divas and Total Bellas we’ve gotten to see that the face that runs the place has come to enjoy the finer things in life. Flashy suits, fast cars, and a luxurious home are how Cena likes to spend his hard earned money. At the beginning of Season One of Total Bellas, we learned that Danial Bryan and Brie would be living with Cena and Nikki in his massive home. On their first night in their temporary abode, Cena has the entire Bella clan for a nice dinner. This is when things become interesting. He informed Brie, Bryan, the Bella’s mother Kathy Colace, their step-father and WWE personality John Laurenitis, and the Bella’s brother J.J. Garcia of the following rules for his home…

1. A formal dinner every week, usually Wednesday
2. Respect The House as if it were your own, do not leave towels around, do not leave laundry around, make your bed, etc.
3. When dinner is done, the ladies will retreat to the drawing room and the men will retreat to the cigar room
4. Every morning we will have morning coffee together
5. Every evening we will have a fire outside together
6. Trash is picked up every Monday and there are four, 64-gallon trash bins available
7. If you are going to stay up late, please text me or tell me

Now written out those seem like a list of requests by a somewhat uptight owner of the Airbnb you’re staying in. But this is John Cena saying this to a room full of other adults. And the tone he uses is almost an admonishing tone you’d use with a middle schooler. The look on Bryan’s face is priceless. You could tell right from the get-go that the humble and earth child tendencies of Bryan were not going to gel with the somewhat more glamorous tendencies of Cena. If you get a chance to watch the episode please do so, the awkwardness is palpable.

Nikki’s Recovery

A theme that is prevalent in the Total Bellas series is Nikki’s recovery and rebounding from her neck injury. The show opens with her wearing a neck brace that sticks around all the way through to Brie’s retirement match at Wrestlemania at the end of Season One. Season Two spends a lot of time focusing on Nikki’s return to action in a mixed-tag match with John Cena, against real-life rival and fellow Total Divas castmate, Maryse and her husband The Miz. In this time we got to see a side of Nikki that was both refreshing and wonderful. Nikki and her sister Brie were hired at a time when women weren’t always given a job due to their wrestling experience. This is not to take away from the women who performed at the peak of the “Divas” division but with the rebranding of the division, to have the women called Superstars just like the men and be rid of the “Divas” moniker, many thought that Nikki Bella may not be able to keep up. Well, they were wrong. Nikki proved that she wanted to be part of the Women’s Revolution just as much as the new girls and showed that she was able to put in the work. Nikki Bella could have gone quietly into the night and focus on more projects with the E! Network and things like her wine company with her sister. Instead, she opted to fight for an in-ring return and put her body on the line. Its something that makes the show a great watch and endears Nikki to even the pickiest of fans.

Brie’s Labor

In Season One we see Brie calling it a career (for the time, we all saw Royal Rumble 2018) so that she could focus on beginning her family with then retired husband, Daniel Bryan. This becomes the focus of Season Two. If Nikki and Cena are the glamour of Total Bellas and arguably the heart of the show, Brie and Bryan are the soul. The two like to live smaller and more humble than their dynamic counterparts. In the show, we take the journey of Brie being pregnant and how Bryan’s new role as SmackDown Live GM affect their lives. She debates with Bryan about her revealing but artistic maternity photos, they argue about how a mother should act while pregnant (which will lead to our next moment…), and the season ends with a very open and unglamorized birth of their daughter, Birdie. We are welcomed into their world to build a family and are given a very honest view of it. It is never spun as perfect but it is incredibly refreshing to see the couple build and grow together as they add a new member to their family. It is a wonderful partner to the storyline of Nikki’s neck.

Nikki Drinks Wine While…Pregnant?

Ye,s we all know that John Cena never wants to have kids. But that doesn’t stop Nikki from role-playing to get a rise out of people. In Season Two there is an episode where the cast debates whether or not it is ok for a mother to try a taste of wine. Whatever your belief is, there is a representation of it in this episode. Nikki believes it’s fine, while Bryan is staunchly against it. This is believable because Nikki really loves her wine and Bryan literally doesn’t drink alcohol. It also addresses the fact that even though it is their child, it is Brie’s body. Bryan also brings up the fact that it might look bad for a mother to drink wine. When Brie ultimately decides not to have any wine, Nikki decides she is going to see how people react to it. So what does she do? She puts a fake baby belly on and goes to a vineyard to drink in public… just to see how people react. As she’s drinking wine we see a group of ladies staring. Nikki decides to walk right up to them and ask them their thoughts. They ladies are very nice about it… but it could be because a bunch of cameras were shoved in their face…

Daniel Bryan’s Mental Health

A lot has been reported in the WWE media about the return of Daniel Bryan to in-ring action. It seems amazing that he is back and we all but reserved ourselves to the fact that he was done. Though with all of this talk about his physical health, Total Bellas took a different approach, putting a spotlight on his mental state. What we got was a beautiful and honest look at a person struggling. Bryan’s career was taken away from him so suddenly that he barely had the ability to cope. He reveals his family has a history of depression and that his current life changes are putting him in a bad place. At one point in the show, he must leave Cena’s home and even misses the wedding of Johnny Laurinitis and Kathy Colace due to his stress. The amazing part of this part of the show is the support he receives from his family, especially that of his wife Brie. In modern media and entertainment, we often hear of how stars are struggling when it’s too late. It is extremely refreshing to be able to see someone the fanbase loves so much have so much support through a difficult time. It is an inspirational narrative to fans who look up to the Bellas and Bryan as a performer and I am happy that it was represented in the show.

Total Bellas  Season Three is sure to have some twists and turns but we should all be excited to have these two ladies back on TV. There will definitely be some heartbreak on this season but knowing the Bellas and their family it won’t be without some crazy moments. Check out Total Bellas on the E! Monday Night Raw returns stateside after an extended European tour with the superstars looking to gain momentum for the Money In The Bank PPV. Raw may have their men set for their half the MITB Ladder match, but there are still two slots available for the women to claim. Also, what awaits our champions now that everyone’s back in the same place? Raw is sure to build tension tonight for MITB on June 17.

Tonight Raw will be at the Times Union Center in Albany, NY.

Last week Sami Zayn decided to express his grievances against Bobby Lashley. Calling out his promo about his family, his style, and claimed that when Lashley attacked him, he gave him vertigo. How does Zayn expect to top his lengthy promo? He has invited Lashley’s sisters to the show tonight. Is it ever a good idea to bring family into an argument? Zayn might be finding out the hard way that he has made a colossal mistake, or has he actually found something he can expose about the big man?

Roman Reigns is angry, and there is blood in the water. Two weeks ago Jinder Mahal cost The Big Dog his qualifier for the MITB Ladder match, so Reign made it clear last week he wanted retribution. After Kurt Angle came out to say there was nothing he could do, Reigns took vengeance into his own hands. Reigns assaulted The Modern Day Maharaja multiple times backstage, injuring his ribs in the process. Reigns has already speared Mahal through a “wall” and cost him his qualifier as well, is there more waiting for him tonight on Raw?

The men may be set for their MITB Ladder match, but the women still have two spots up for grabs. So far Ember Moon and Alexa Bliss have claimed the first two spots. We know that it won’t be Nia Jax or Ronda Rousey but the Raw Women’s roster is stacked so it could be anyone. The division has been putting on stellar matches so whoever wants a spot is going to put on a heck of a match to earn their spot.

The tag division on the red brand might finally be on the up and up. The champions, who go by The Deleters of Worlds, are finding chemistry together that is helping both of the superstars find new life. The newly rebranded Miztourage, now going by “The B-Team” because you know, they’re the best, have emerged as a possible new gem of the tag division, getting a victory over Breezango. Can they build on their first win as their own group?

In the absence of Brock Lesnar and the premiere title on Raw, the other champions have stepped up to create an exciting landscape in the void. Seth Rollins has become a true fighting Champion. We have seen him defend his title so much the past two months that it feels he has already surpassed Lesnar’s total title defenses in his 400+ days as Universal Champion. Who will answer Rollins challenge tonight? Will we finally see Nia Jax come face to face with Ronda Rousey before their Title match at MITB? It’s good to see some of the titles being represented every week on the flagship show.
